King & Wood Mallesons a annoncé la nomination de Tim Bednall, associé au sein du bureau de Londres, en qualité de nouveau Managing Partner Europe et Moyen-Orient. Cette nomination prend effet immédiatement et pour une durée de trois ans.

Tim Bednall est un avocat spécialisé en Corporate. Il est responsable du département Corporate Finance et Fonds d’Investissement de Londres et il est également le coordinateur au niveau mondial des départements Corporate, M&A et Securities.

Tim a conseillé de nombreuses entreprises de premier plan principalement dans le cadre de transactions de fusions-acquisitions telles que Macquarie, CMOC, Brambles, BG Group, Glencore / Xstrata, ASX et Westpac et a également une solide expérience de conseil aux entreprises ainsi qu’en marché de capitaux.

Tim a été président du partnership australien de KWM de 2010 à 2012 et, à ce titre, a directement participé à la négociation et la mise en place de l’association entre le chinois King & Wood et l’australien Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Il a également été Managing Partner M&A et Fiscalité de KWM Australie de 2013 à 2014. Il avait rejoint Mallesons Stephen Jaques en 2004. Tim a rejoint le bureau de Londres en 2015.
