Dentons advises Faurecia on €1900 million financing.

Dentons advised Faurecia on three financings including a €1,200 million multicurrency syndicated credit facility (the "SCF"), €500 million senior notes issue and €200 million tap issue which closed in December 2014. Dentons has assisted Faurecia on all of its syndicated facilities since 2008.

The SCF has been established by a group of ten banks mandated by Faurecia which include BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Crédit Mutuel-CIC, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, HSBC France, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking as bookrunners; The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Citigroup Global Markets as mandated lead arrangers; and Santander as arranger, along with 13 other lenders. The SCF was guaranteed by various subsidiaries of Faurecia SA in eight jurisdictions.

The second financing involved €500 million 3.125% in senior notes (due 2022) which were issued on 17 March 2015. The initial purchasers included BNP Paribas, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, CM-CIC, Commerzbank, Natixis, Santander Global Banking & Markets, BB Securities and Itau BBA.

An additional €200 million 3.125% in senior notes (due 2022) were issued on 9 April 2015 (the "Tap") as the third part of this The initial purchasers included BNP Paribas, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, CM-CIC, Commerzbank, Natixis and Santander Global Banking & Markets.

The Dentons cross-border team (in Paris, London, Berlin and Warsaw) across the three financings was led by Partners Philippe Max and Sylvain Dhennin and comprised of Partners Sandra Hazan, James Irvine, Herman Meller, Michal Mezykowski; Associates Laura Cansdale, Alexander Hewitt, Michael Valentin, Mark Khan, Kamila Szestowicka, David Kalfon, Yacine Nedjahi, Izabela Kwarcinska and Trainee Katrina Hunt.
