Skelia is an ICT outsourcing company consisting of 120 employees lead by Patrik Vandewalle (ex-Econocom). It is specialized in providing offshore ICT services from Ukraine and Poland to large companies such as Thomas Cook and Belgacom.

Skelia will be using the investment proceeds of to expand its activities in the USA.

Qunova is the investment vehicle headed by Jan Vorstermans (ex-Telenet).

Cresco has advised Qunova on all of its prior transactions.
